This project started as a steel carport installation, but after seeing the finished result the client asked us to return and build a custom insulated outdoor building to replace an old wooden shed.
Phase 1: Steel Carport Installation
The first stage of the project was the installation of a 6m x 3m steel carport, designed to provide durable, low-maintenance vehicle protection.
The structure was fabricated using fully galvanised steel, which is essential for outdoor metal structures.

- Posts: 100mm x 100mm galvanised steel
- Frame: 100mm x 50mm galvanised steel
- Finish: Painted white
- Roof: Terracotta Galvanised steel sheet roofing
The clean white finish gives the carport a modern appearance while the galvanised steel structure ensures it will remain strong and maintenance-free for many years.
Phase 2: Custom Insulated Outdoor Building
After the carport was completed, the client asked us to replace their existing timber storage shed with a steel-framed insulated building.
The goal was to create a secure and weather-resistant storage space suitable for household items and a fridge freezer.
To achieve this, we built a fully insulated structure using sandwich panels, which provide excellent thermal insulation and durability while maintaining a clean appearance.

- Tile-effect insulated sandwich panel roof
- Double entrance doors
- Two small windows for natural light
- 4m of internal shelving
The wood-effect panels give the building a more natural look while still providing the strength and insulation of modern panel systems.
