Client had no access directly from his apartment to an upper road.  Ed installed a staircase with platform, handrail and a top security gate with lock

The old rustic style balustrade was removed and replaced with a modern metal design to the client's choice with a wooden handrail.

Removed old spiral staircase and installed a platform staircase in a very tight space, to ensure safety for the client's grandchildren and dog.
